NC Harp Ensemble's Spring Concert - May 19

The North Carolina Harp Ensemble will present their Spring Concert on Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 7:00pm at Jamestown Presbyterian Church, 1804 Guilford College Road, Jamestown, NC 27282. The church is located conveniently off of interstate I-40 headed through Greensboro.

The musical program will include famous compositions by J.S. Bach, Enrique Granados, Mateo Albeniz, Carlos Salzedo and many more beautiful ensemble and solo works. I will be performing with the Concert and Touring Ensembles and also performing Mozart's Flute and Harp Concerto in C Major, Andantino with area flutist, Vashti Forrest.

The North Carolina Harp Ensemble, founded in 2010, is directed by Jacquelyn Bartlett, Professor of Harp at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, Appalachian State University, and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. The NewArt School's Harp Studio present their Spring Recital!

The NewArt School's Harp Studio at the Newton-Conover Auditorium will be presenting their Spring Harp Recital in the Atrium at Pinecrest Independent Living, 915 29th Avenue NE, Hickory, NC 28601 on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 2:00pm. This musical event is free and open to the public. The recital will feature performances by the harp students of Grace Wepner Ludtke and performances by NewArt School faculty members, Grace Wepner Ludtke, Harp and Cheryl Brinn, Flute.
